How do I schedule a pick-up for my order?
Once you’ve completed your order form, select the correct Booking Option on this page to schedule your pick-up at a time that works best for you. This ensures your order is ready when you arrive!
Can I have my order delivered to my location?
Yes! We offer delivery for all our cakes and sweets. Simply select “delivery” on this booking page after submitting your order form and successfully making a payment to confirm your preferred time and address..
What if I’m running late for my scheduled pick-up?
If you’re delayed, please call us at as soon as possible. This helps us manage other orders and keep your items fresh for you!
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Yes, we require someone 18 or older to be present to receive the delivery. If you can’t be there, please let us know in advance to reschedule.

What happens if I miss my pick-up or delivery?
